IC-PAPG 2019 | Public Administration Departement of Universitas Negeri Padang organizes an event that brings together both local and international experts in public administration. The event is International Conference on Public Administration, Policy and Governance (IC-PAPG 2019) which will be held at the Padang State University Campus, Padang City, West Sumatera.

On 05-06 November 2019, the International Conference on Public Administration, Policy and Governance (IC-PAPG 2019) will take place in the Auditorium of Universitas Negeri Padang. The IC-PAPG 2019 Conference is an international forum that brings together researchers, professionals, students and experts in the field of public administration, from local and abroad.

will be published by Atlantis Press which has been indexed by the web of science. IC-PAPG 2019 becomes a place for participants to share knowledge, experiences, innovations and the latest information developments on public administration, public policy, public management, human resource management, public services, governance and bureaucracy, politics and government, social science, education policy, economic policy, sustainable environmental development and disaster management, e-government and management information systems, social policy, health policy, Islamic studies, administrative law, organizational culture. All accepted manuscripts will be published by Atlantis Press.

The opening ceremony will be held on Tuesday, 05 November 2019 at 09.00 AM by Prof. Drs. H. Ganefri, M.Pd (Rector of Universitas Negeri Padang), Aldri Frinaldi, SH, MH, Ph.D (Chair of Public Administration Departement, UNP), and Adil Mubarak, S.IP, M.Si (Chair of IC-PAPG 2019). The IC-PAPG 2019 Conference presented the keynotes Speaker, Dr. Genius Umar, S.Sos, M.Si (Mayor of Pariaman City) and invited speakers including Prof. Dr. Margareth Sutton (USA), Prof. Dr. Rolando F. Talampas (Philippines), Prof. Dr. Ahmad Marthada Mohammed (Malaysia) and Prof. Dasman Lanin, Ph.D (Indonesia). Topics to be covered include aspects of the industrial revolution 4.0: opportunities and threats to public administration and policy.

The number of papers submitted this year is 129 papers from several countries. After going through selection and review, 92 papers were selected to be presented in IC-PAPG 2019 events. IC-PAPG 2019 was divided into 2 main events, Plenary Speech and Parallel Session. The IC-PAPG 2019 Conference was supported by the Public Administration Departement of Universitas Negeri Padang.
